Refund & Returns Policy

Because all AMR products are temperature-sensitive research chemicals, we cannot accept returns of opened, mishandled, or temperature-compromised items. The policy below describes the limited circumstances in which a refund or replacement is available.
1. Damaged or Defective Shipments
Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If a vial arrives broken, contaminated, or your shipment is missing items, emailsupport@adamresearch.comwithin 72 hours of delivery with photos of the package, the damaged product, and the shipping label. We will issue a free replacement or a full refund of the affected item.
2. Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong product (different SKU than ordered), contact us within 7 days. We will arrange a return and ship the correct item at no additional cost.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used vials
- Items stored outside required temperature range after delivery
- Custom synthesis or bulk orders
- Discounted or clearance items marked "final sale"
4. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before they enter the fulfillment queue. Once a shipping label has been generated, the order cannot be cancelled.
5. Refused or Returned to Sender
If a shipment is refused at delivery or returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee, deducted from any refund.
6. How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable except where the issue was caused by AMR.
